As an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining heat pump systems for both residential and small commercial properties. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission air source heat pump systems
Carry out servicing and maintenance on existing installations
Work closely with customers to explain system operation and provide aftercare advice
Ensure compliance with building regulations, MCS standards, and health & safety procedures
Diagnose and rectify faults in existing systems
Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications & Experience
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
F-Gas certification desirable
Previous experience installing or maintaining heat pump systems strongly preferred
Good understanding of renewable heating systems and hydronic design
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Professional, customer-focused approach
