Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives
Support organisational change and transformation programmes
Lead on employee engagement and culture initiatives
Provide advice on complex employee relations and performance issues
Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business goals and legal requirements
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
Act as a champion for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in a senior HR role
Proven track record in HR business partnering within complex organisations
Strong understanding of organisational development and change management
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Commercially minded, adaptable, and resilient
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
