About the Role
As a Solar Roofer, you will be responsible for preparing and fitting solar panels on various roof types. You will work as part of a dedicated installation crew, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that requires practical roofing experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work at height.

They specialise in solar panel installations for both residential and commercial clients, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to continued demand, they are seeking experienced roofers to join their expanding installation team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Install and secure solar panels on pitched and flat roofs
Ensure installations comply with safety and structural requirements
Work alongside electricians to support full system installation
Carry out roof surveys and assess suitability for solar systems
Follow health and safety procedures, including use of harnesses and scaffolding
Maintain a tidy and safe working environment on all sites
Qualifications & Experience
Previous roofing experience essential (slating, tiling, or flat roofing)
Experience working on solar installations preferred but not essential (training provided)
Comfortable working at height with appropriate safety equipment
CSCS card desirable
Full UK driving licence
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
