Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and role requirements
Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Promote employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience
Track and report recruitment metrics to HR leadership
Contribute to wider HR projects such as onboarding and diversity initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency
Experience hiring for technical or commercial roles within a scaling business desirable
Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn and other platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment law
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
