They are now seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team and drive recruitment activity across the organisation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and role requirements

  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Promote employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Track and report recruitment metrics to HR leadership

  • Contribute to wider HR projects such as onboarding and diversity initiatives


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency

  • Experience hiring for technical or commercial roles within a scaling business desirable

  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment law

  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
